Response time
This is a side project rather than a staffed service, so a reply usually takes a few days. If you are reporting a wrong time, the two details that help most are which cities you were comparing and roughly when you looked — daylight saving bugs often only appear during the specific weeks when one country has changed its clocks and the other has not.
